Jeri Larsen strengthens LoanPro executive team as Chief Customer Officer

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LoanPro, the API-first, modern lending and credit platform, announces that Jeri Larsen has joined their executive team as Chief Customer Officer.

Jeri brings extensive experience in customer relationship management, sales, and consulting—with a proven track record of driving success in the tech industry. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer at YouScience. Prior to that, Jeri served as the SVP of Sales Operations and Development at MX, where she optimized sales operations and achieved the highest eNPS score in the company’s history. Joining LoanPro as CCO marks Jeri’s return to the fintech space where she will play a pivotal role in leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop long-lasting relationships.

Over the past year, LoanPro has experienced unprecedented growth led by financial organizations searching to modernize their infrastructure and the launch of transaction-level credit within their platform supporting full revolving credit. Landmark new customers over the past year include SoFi, Mascoma Bank, Scratch Financial, OppFi, Borrowell, and others. To support this continued growth, LoanPro has brought on Jeri as the CCO to ensure that their growing customer base is supported in achieving customer delight.

“At LoanPro, we’re committed to delighting our customers in every interaction,” said Rhett Roberts, CEO of LoanPro. “This commitment means ensuring that our customers feel supported through every step of their journey—from the first touchpoint all the way to post-sales. We’re excited to bring in heavy hitters for that exact purpose.”

“Within any SaaS organization, there is typically a strong product team and revenue engine, but there also needs to be dedicated advocates for the customers,” Jeri stated. “LoanPro’s flexibility and configurability enables us to adapt quickly to our customers' evolving needs. I’m excited to work with the team and strengthen our capabilities, advocate for our customers, and provide the tools needed to build trusting relationships.”
