Software Evaluation Process

01. Qualify

This is a quick assessment to determine if we offer what you’re looking for. This will usually take place by connecting for a brief phone call and/or by reviewing your company’s website.

02. Needs Assessment

This is a 10 to 30 minute conversation to help us understand what’s important to you, your current pain-points, wish-list items, and ultimately, how you lend. This assessment will help us create a personalized demo agenda and ensure the correct personnel are in attendance.

03. Demo

Connect one-on-one with a software specialist, who will show you, in real time, how LoanPro Software will meet your lending needs and goals.

04. Proposal

The proposal will include the recommended LoanPro pricing package, based on your company’s unique lending needs. It is designed to clearly outline what’s in scope, out of scope, and all applicable costs.

05. Activate

Upon verbal acceptance of the proposal, LoanPro will present a formal agreement that includes applicable contract(s), initial invoice, and payment profile form. Once the activation packet is complete, and the initial invoice paid, your new LoanPro account is LIVE. You are now ready to Lend with Confidence®!
