Elena Kuiper joined LoanPro in 2024 as Sr. Manager of Enterprise Marketing, bringing a background built inside some of fintech's most pivotal growth moments. She is now the Director of Integrated Marketing leading integrated strategy across enterprise channels, focused on, driving pipeline, scaling market presence, and positioning LoanPro in an increasingly competitive lending and credit market. Before joining LoanPro, she spent three and a half years at MX Technologies, growing from Enterprise Marketing Specialist to Senior Integrated Marketing Manager through the company's $300M Series C raise and $1.9B valuation milestone — one of the most consequential scaling periods in the company's history. That experience shaped her approach to marketing inside high-growth fintech environments, where speed, precision, and positioning all have to move together. Elena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Colorado State University Pueblo, where she was also an NCAA Division II college volleyball player.
