David Hall joined LoanPro in 2026 as an Industry Principal, contributing thought leadership content built on nearly three decades of experience across banking, fintech, and digital innovation. He started his career in branch management and commercial lending at Bank of America, US Bank and Zions Bank, eventually rising to SVP where he oversaw various regulatory, technology, and operations teams. That hands-on banking foundation informed his later work consulting C-suite teams at over 200 banks, credit unions, and fintechs as Senior Director of Client Consulting at MX. Most recently, he served as EVP of Digital Experience, Innovation and Technology at Bank of Hawaii, leading customer engagement strategy and technology prioritization across the institution. Few people writing about modern lending infrastructure have actually lived it at the scale David has.
